1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClearDump's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

ClearDump provides free pickup for qualifying scrap metal, copper wire, copper pipe, brass fixtures, brass fittings, old car batteries, aluminum rims, and small appliances in the Greater Atlanta area.

3. Free Pickup and Qualification

Pickup is free for qualifying scrap. ClearDump may ask for photos, item counts, and location details before scheduling. We may decline loads that do not qualify, are unsafe to handle, or are outside the current service route.

4. Scheduling

Same-day pickup may be available but is not guaranteed. One-time and recurring pickups are scheduled based on route availability, location, and the type and quantity of scrap.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for confirming they have the right to release the scrap, keeping pickup items accessible, and alerting ClearDump to any sharp, heavy, leaking, or hazardous materials before pickup.
